We are looking for a
Head of Administration
to join our team at
Mariano Comense (CO)
for a
maternity leave cover (approximately 12 months)
. The role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with civil and tax regulations;
Manage general and analytical accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and closing adjustments;
Oversee periodic and annual tax filings (VAT, 770, Corporate Income Tax, IRAP, etc.);
Prepare financial reports and support the drafting of the annual financial statements;
Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and control bodies;
Support Management in financial planning and process optimization initiatives;
Ensure that all accounting and administrative procedures are properly maintained and aligned with company policies.
Requirements
Degree in Economics or Diploma in Accounting, with solid experience in a similar role;
10 years of experience
in accounting and administration, preferably with team management responsibilities;
Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations;
Excellent command of
Excel
and preferably
Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
;
Good command of English (spoken and written);
Leadership, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines.
