Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations function, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The successful candidate will support the COO in analyzing business processes, strengthening operational governance, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and M&A integration projects.

This role requires outstanding analytical capabilities, a strong data-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Governance & Process Excellence

  • Analyze and map current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the design and implementation of operational governance frameworks, promoting the standardization of processes, procedures, and KPIs.
  • Monitor operational performance through dashboards and management reporting.
  • Analyze performance indicators related to service levels, productivity, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support vendor governance activities through cost, SLA, and supplier performance analysis.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. M&A Integration & Business Analytics

  • Support the COO during operational due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify organizational gaps and potential synergies.
  • Map processes, information systems, and KPIs of acquired entities.
  • Contribute to the definition of the Target Operating Model and integration roadmaps.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress.
  • Prepare management reports and comparative analyses between the current ('As Is') and future ('To Be') operating models.

3. Cross-Functional Projects

  • Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional task forces by providing analytical support and project planning.
  • Develop business cases, forecasting models, and operational impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure business processes support strategic objectives.
  • Prepare management presentations, including executive summaries, KPI dashboards, Steering Committee materials, and Board reviews.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Process Improvement roles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Previous experience in multinational organizations or consulting firms is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing management dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, SAP, or equivalent) is a plus.
